New Honda Jazz rolled June 16, 2011
Finally, after being delayed because of the tsunami, the Honda Fit will be launching the Shuttle, aka New Jazz on June 16, 2011.
As reported by Reuters, Honda will set up two machines Shuttle Fit namely ordinary and hybrid engines.
Citing the Nikkei, the production car will be done at Honda's Suzuka factory in Mie Prefecture in May this. Honda will begin sending these cars after July.
Earlier Shuttle Fit will be released on March 18, 2011. But because Japan hit by earthquake and tsunami disaster on 11 March, the launch of Shuttle Fit was delayed because of difficulties getting spare parts supply.
Shuttle Honda Fit will come with IMA technology and seconded engine 1.3-liter i-VTEC engine and electric motor 10 KW.
While other versions will be seconded one machine with a slightly larger 1.5-liter that i-VTEC with CVT transmission, 4WD and automatic transmission. That machine is the same as those used hatchback version of the Fit or Jazz in the RI.
Cabin is quite roomy. In the second row looks very indulgent arm rest rear passengers. With this concept, Honda seems to want to make passengers feel comfortable.
